Ground Covers Logo
The most favored ground cover is, of course, mowed grass, but the gardener who restricts himself to grass alone is missing the chance to add a fascinating, varied, and personal aspect to the garden. A good lawn is far more pleasing when it is skillfully blended into the landscape, and its appearance is even more enhanced when some ground covers are blended in with the lawn itself. The proper use of ground covers adds an entirely new dimension to the lawn.
Whatever effect you're trying to achieve, ground covers will help you achieve it. There are ground covers that prefer moist soil, and ones that can tolerate dry soil. There are ground covers that thrive in the shade, as well as those that require full sun. Choose the proper ground cover, and you will enrich your home grounds with beauty and interest.
