Bag of garlic bulbs 9/28/00. Just purchased garlic cloves. Some say garlic purchased from the grocery store won't do well, but I've always had good luck with them.
Separated 9/28/00. Separated into cloves for planting. The larger the clove planted, the larger the head harvested.
Placed 9/28/00. Garlic cloves set in place, ready to sink about 2 inches deep.
Up already 10/5/00. Up already. We've had some warm days, so they're sprouting earlier than expected.
Close-up 10/5/00. Close-up of just sprouted garlic plants.
