6/4/00. Just purchased 'Summer Blaze' verbena.

7/2/00. Hope it does as well as the 'Homestead Purple' does.

7/23/00. Simply beautiful pinkish red blossom.

8/14/00. Fully open. Lovely.

10/7/00. About through blooming for the season, I think.

| Summary: Started from a cutting this year, this plant has done very well. Quite a few blooms, with a low, spreading habit. Will try to take up, pot, and sink pot in preparation for next spring's renovation of these beds.
