	5/23/00. In a pathetic attempt to thwart the critters, I'm trying a coating of hot pepper on these seeds.
	5/23/00. Planted and just before covering seeds. Will thin if needed.
	5/28/00. First 'Baby Fordhook' seed to sprout.
	5/30/00. Just about all these seeds have germiniated and are sprouting.
	6/2/00. Growing well so far. I'm crossing my fingers that the critters leave these plants alone.
	6/13/00. Growing really fast.
	6/16/00. Thick, but not TOO think, I think.
	6/16/00. Should be blooming soon.
	6/18/00. Sweet little blooms.
	6/18/00. A little baby lima bean pod.
	7/11/00. Lush growth keeps the weeds down.
	7/13/00. Getting pods already.
	7/27/00. Full size and almost ripe.
	9/7/00. Pulled up and put in compost bin.

Summary: Considering the small area planted, these beans were fairly productive. Would plant them again.
